Inclusions

• Rates are for single or double occupancy per bedroom
• Complimentary Wi-Fi for Whatsapp or emails provided, not for streaming
• Check-in at 3:00 pm
• Check-out at 11:00 am
• Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request depending on occupancy
• Maximum Occupancy is 7 guests total, using an extra bed at a charge of USD 35 per night

Terms and conditions

• Full payment required upon booking confirmation.
• For any cancellations at least 61 days from date of arrival, the paid amount will be refunded in full less US$100 in administration fees.
• For any cancellations 60 days or less but more than 10 days from date of arrival, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
• For any cancellations within 10 days, the paid amount will be forfeited.

Property Disclosure

Villa Sancita is a beautiful house built on a hill overlooking a garden and rice fields. There are stairs in the house (there are 2 levels) and stairs leading down to the garden. There is also an infinity edge pool. While there are railings on the house stairs and on the outer pool edges, the basic design of the house is an open plan. There is no wall separating the living room and the deck/pool area.

Although the house has been built and designed to ensure safety, guests must be aware of the need to carefully supervise young children. Guests with young children are cautioned to stay at their own discretion. Villa Sancita, the owner, and staff do not assume any liability for any personal injuries.
