Property Disclosure

Villa Sancita is a beautiful house built on a hill overlooking a garden and rice fields.  There are stairs in the house (there are 2 levels) and stairs leading down to the garden.  There is also an infinity edge pool.  While there are railings on the house stairs and on the outer pool edges, the basic design of the house is an open plan.  There is no wall separating the living room and the deck/pool area.

Although the house has been built and designed to ensure safety, guests must be aware of the need to carefully supervise young children.  Guests with young children are cautioned to stay at their own discretion. Villa Sancita, the owner, and staff do not assume any liability for any personal injuries.
