2012 Peak Season Nightly Rates
There is no high season surcharge for July – August – September 2012

1 or 2 bedrooms: USD$285 total (includes rate of $248+15% tax and service charge)

Rates are for single or double occupancy per bedroom
Rates include breakfast. Rental of 3 bedrooms includes breakfast for 6 guests. Rental of 2 bedrooms includes breakfast for 4 guests.
Rates include 15% government sales tax and service charge

Check-out at 12:00 pm
Early and late check-out may be available upon request depending on occupancy

Villa Bookings require 3-night minimum during regular season and 5-night minimum during Peak Season
50% deposit required upon booking confirmation
For any cancellations 61 days from date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full less $50 administration fees
For any cancellations within 60 days, the deposit will be forfeited.
