Terms and conditions
- 50% payment is required upon booking confirmation
- Balance of payment to be made 30 days prior to check in date
- For any cancellations at least 61 days from the check in date, the paid amount will be refunded full less USD100 for administration.
- For any cancellations 60 days or less but more than 30 days from check in date, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
- For any cancellations within 30 days but more than 10 days from the check in date 50% of the full payment amount will be refunded.
- For any cancellations within 10 days of the check in date, the full paid amount will be forfeited.
Property Disclosure
Villa Sancita, is a beautiful villa built on a hill overlooking a lush garden and rice fields. There are stairs in the house over 2 levels and stairs leading down to the garden and bale (gazebo). There is also an infinity edge pool. While there are railings on the house stairs and on the outer pool edges and decking, the design of the house is open plan. There is no wall separating the living room and the deck/pool area.
Although the villa has been built and designed to ensure safety, guests are reminded of the need to carefully supervise young children. Reservations are made with this knowledge and at the discretion of potential guests. Villa Sancita, the owner and staff do not assume any liability for personal injuries.
